Payment Policies
To book your event, we require a 50% deposit, with the remaining balance due 72 hours prior to your event. Payments to Beloved Balloons are non-refundable, but events can be rescheduled if needed, based on availability. Events canceled within 72 hours of event are not eligible to be rescheduled.
Custom installations have a 10 foot minimum. Installations have a 20% installation fee. Mileage rates are calculated at $1 per mile from 85045.
Backdrop rentals are not standalone items and are available only with balloon decor.
Helium is available as a standalone carryout item or as an add-on service. Pickup location is in Ahwatukee Foothills Reserves. Helium only orders have a $50 minimum. Helium delivery is available- mileage rates apply. We do not fill client provided balloons, but we have a full inventory available and can order additional materials from professional websites if needed.
Services under $150 are not billed as split payments and are due upon receipt.
